We liked everything about our stay. Hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was spasious with a big terace with courtyard view and big trees. It is in a perfect location in the centre of the city, but still very quite. Bathroom and shower also spasious and clean. Staff is great, always helpfull and kind. Highly reccomended!

The hotel has all the comforts of home plus lots more and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. It wasn't full of noisy families though. There were some including our two kids but it was nice and calm at all times. We can't wait to go back!

Location near the port, near the S.Pietro public beach.We changed the room for other with balcony.It was clean and nothing was missing.The hotel is not modern but has a soul.Nice outside pool and lovely small spa,also jacuzzi with termal water on the roof terrace.

Great staff, we were allowed to have earlier check in and later check out, central location, nearby the beach, port, shopping streets and resaurant, roof terrace with sunbeds, thermal spa, nice style and design, restaurant at the place

I really don’t know what to say. I came here last minute and it was the best decision I made. I did not even expect that much quality. The room, the bathroom, the restaurant, the area, pools, jakuzzi, sauna… everywhere is super clean and comfortable. Wifi works very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish i would stay there more than just 1 night. It is well located in the town and close to everything. The beach is 3 mins walk distance. The pool was amazing. Terrace was amazing. You can literally relax there and dont think about anything

Location, location, location. Wow what a gem of a place. Only a small stroll from the port. 100 metres to the beautiful shopping area, with numerous boutiques, shops, pastry shops, cafes and bars on a long stretch of pedestrianised streets. Beach is only around the corner too. Pool was lovely with bean bags for loungers, different but they actually worked. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything, the place is incredible, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and cozy. The facilities are impeccable, with an exquisite design. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable bed. The area is a 10, very close to the Ferry station, restaurants and shops and the castle. All the people I had contact with (reception, kitchen and toilet) made me feel at home, with friendly and attentive treatment. I was only going to stay one night but the service was so good that I decided to extend my stay.

Such a lovely place to stay, completely exceeded expectations and I don’t think the booking.com pictures do it justice. The pool is such a great asset to have as well as the spa facilities. It’s in such a great location and walkable to so many local cafes and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily, which is far more than we expected. Breakfast was good for the price and the staff could not of done any more for us, we wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next trip to Ischia!

Amazing location close to the port and to all the shops and restaurants. 20-25 min walk to the castle and 5 min walk to the central bus station where you can get buses to every where in the island. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. The spa is also great with a pool in the lower lever and 2 thermal hot tubes in the top floor. The wifi worked well.
